Forest Stand Dynamics was first published in 1990 by McGraw-Hill. An “update edition” was published in 1996 by John Wiley. The book became out of print in English, and has been put up as open access available for download here.
A Chinese edition has been published as: C.D.Oliver and B.C.Larson. 2014. Forest Stand Dynamics. Translated by X.Han and H. Ma, et al. China Environmental Science Press, Beijing. 561 pp.
A new edition in English is being planned, with Patrick J. Baker, University of Melbourne as senior author.
